Agrawal Hub is owned and operated by Agrawal Enterprise (“we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing this website or submitting a product request or order, you agree to these terms and the linked store policies.
2. Products and catalogue information
We make reasonable efforts to display product names, images, variants, descriptions and prices accurately. Screen settings may affect colour appearance. Product availability is rechecked before an order is accepted.
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the displayed product price includes applicable product taxes; any delivery charge will be shown or confirmed before payment.
3. Requests, orders and acceptance
Current website status: the website presently accepts product availability requests and does not collect an online payment. A request is not a confirmed sale.
When online payments are enabled, an order is accepted only after payment is successfully authorised and we confirm product availability and fulfilment. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, verification fails or the order cannot lawfully be fulfilled. Any collected amount for a cancelled order will be refunded according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Payments
When enabled, online payments may be processed securely by PayU or another payment provider shown at checkout. Agrawal Enterprise does not ask customers to share a card PIN, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP or net-banking password with us. Payment authorisation may be declined by the bank or payment provider.
5. Delivery, cancellation and returns
Delivery, cancellation, return and refund conditions form part of these terms. Please read the Shipping Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy before completing an order.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with site operation, submit false information, copy protected content unlawfully or use the website for fraudulent or illegal activity.
7. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Payment information is handled by the payment provider under its own privacy and security practices.
8. Liability and applicable law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by events outside our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction in Indore, Madhya Pradesh will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer law.
